About This Project
AuraFit had a technically functional app but terrible UX — 68% of users abandoned the onboarding flow. They needed a complete research-driven redesign.
We conducted 20 user interviews, built affinity maps, redesigned all 45 screens in Figma, and conducted 3 rounds of usability testing before handoff. The redesign resulted in a 4.7★ App Store rating and was nominated for a UX Design Award.
